Qualification Weekend

The Qualification Weekend is designed to allow Christians to join our team who love Jesus and want to serve him in prison. We find after attendees experience a Qualification Weekend they are very spiritually moved and understand small groups and then have a desire to share in the unit grouping afterwards.

The Kairos weekend involves a highly structured process and has proven to be an effective tool of the Holy Sprit and forms the basis for the experience we call Kairos.

At the end of every Kairos, we have a time of sharing which closes the Kairos weekend. It is called, "The Closing."

And all those in attendance are said to have graduated from the three day spiritual weekend.
