Observer Program

For the Leader

It is the policy of Kairos of WV that every Kairos weekend program be observed by a volunteer from another Kairos community ever third weekend. This fosters community throughout the state and reveals the strengths and weaknesses of our various communities. The team should be advised during team formation that the weekend will be observed.

The Leader may not wish to introduce the Observer to the team, if he/she believes it would cause a distraction for the team. The Observer should not be introduced to the candidates. They will be inclined to observe him/her during the weekend. In your Leaders Report, you may comment concerning the cooperation, or lack thereof, of the Observer.
