Kairos of West Virginia

 

As an observer, you are the representative for the Kairos of WV State Committee. Therefore, all your words and actions come from this body. Be very careful what you say or do, (i.e. do not criticize the team in any way). You are not there to tell anyone how things are done at your Kairos community unless asked.

 Let the Leader know who you are and make arrangements to attend at least one (1) team meeting, preferably, the overnight retreat or equivalent. If there are any problems in making arrangements, then contact the Observer Program Chair or the State Chair.

 

If at all possible, attend the entire weekend. Begin on Thursday with the final team formation and continue through Sunday Closing.
