The national Board of Directors has delegated the authority for the conduct of the ministry to individual state committees, who supervise and support the ministry activities of local Advisory Councils associated with each distinct Tourch ministry.

Kairos Torch is a ministry of Kairos, Inc., to incarcerated young offenders age 25 and under. It is conducted by lay and clergy volunters, under the authority of the national Kairos Board of Directors.
